Hundred Badminton Shuttlecocks India — F10, F8, F7, F5 & S40
Hundred is India’s own badminton brand — co-founded with Saina Nehwal and endorsed by Kidambi Srikanth, former world number 1. Their shuttlecock range spans five models from the premium competition-grade F10 down to the bulk-use S40, covering every use case in Indian club and academy badminton. All five are feather shuttlecocks. All are available at God of Sports with pan-India delivery from Mumbai.
The correct hierarchy: F10 → F8 → F7 → F5 → S40. Each is designed for a specific purpose — knowing which one matches your use case is the most important shuttlecock decision you can make.

Each Shuttle in Detail
Hundred F10 — Competition Premium
The Hundred F10 is Hundred’s finest shuttlecock — the one that earns its place at club match days and academy tournament days. It uses premium goose feathers for the structural uniformity that delivers shuttle-to-shuttle consistency: each shuttle in the tube behaves the same as the last, which matters in competitive play where unpredictable flight breaks rhythm. The 2-layer cork base is the F10’s most distinctive feature — a double-compressed cork construction that resists deformation under repeated hard smashing, maintaining the shuttle’s speed rating and responsive impact feel deep into a session rather than softening and slowing after the first few games.
Players who have used the Yonex Aerosensa 2 or similar competition shuttles will find the F10 holds its own comfortably — the 2-layer cork delivers a contact feel that is simultaneously firm and natural on drops, smashes, and net touch shots. For clubs in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Indore that want a competition-grade Hundred shuttle for match days, the F10 is the correct choice.
Best for: Club matches, academy tournaments, sessions where every shuttle must perform like a match shuttle
Construction: Premium goose feather + 2-layer cork | Speed: 76
Hundred F8 — Advanced Club
The Hundred F8 is Hundred’s flagship advanced club shuttle — goose feather, tight formation, natural cork base, and the durability that holds up through multiple games of club play. The F8 targets the intermediate-to-advanced club player who wants reliable, performance-grade feather flight for regular club sessions. Tight feather formation keeps the skirt stable under aggressive smashes and fast clears, maintaining trajectory consistency across a full session. Available in Speed 76 and Speed 77 to suit different court conditions across India.
- Hundred F8 — Speed 77 — Most popular format for air-conditioned Indian clubs
- Hundred F8 — Speed 76 — For warm, humid, or non-air-conditioned courts
Best for: Advanced club sessions, regular competitive play, intermediate-to-advanced players
Construction: Goose feather + natural cork | Speeds: 76 + 77
Hundred F7 — Professional Training
The Hundred F7 is the professional training shuttle — the practical choice for clubs and players who train hard every day and need a shuttle that delivers genuine match-standard flight at a cost that makes daily use sustainable. It uses high-grade duck feathers and a natural cork base. Duck feathers are less structurally uniform than goose, which means the F7 is not as shuttle-to-shuttle consistent as the F10 or F8 — but the flight quality and impact feel are meaningfully good for a training shuttle, and natural cork still delivers the clean, responsive rebound that makes shots feel honest.
For Indian clubs running two or three sessions daily, coaches running multi-shuttle feeding drills, and academy players who go through a high volume of shuttles, the F7 is the sweet spot: professional enough to develop correct technique, priced for the volume that serious training demands.
Best for: Intensive daily training, high-volume club and academy use, cost-conscious advanced players
Construction: High-grade duck feather + natural cork | Speed: 76
Hundred F5 — Mid-Grade Training
The Hundred F5 is the mid-grade training shuttle — reliable flight at a more accessible price than the F7 or F8, suited to regular club training sessions, academy drills, and intermediate players who go through shuttles at moderate volume. Genuine feather performance without the premium costs of the higher-tier models. Available in both speeds for flexibility across different Indian court conditions.
Best for: Regular club training, intermediate players, academy sessions, moderate-volume practice
Speeds: 76 + 77
Hundred S40 — Entry-Level Feather
The Hundred S40 is Hundred’s most accessible feather shuttle — Grade A goose feathers and natural cork base at the lowest price in the Hundred range. The S40 suits bulk-use multi-shuttle drills, beginner training, and casual club play where shuttle quantity matters more than session-long consistency. Grade A goose feathers give the S40 better uniformity than its entry positioning suggests — it is a genuine feather shuttle, not a nylon substitute. For academies running structured introductory programmes in cities like Indore, Ahmedabad, and Pune, the S40 makes feather badminton accessible at scale.
Best for: Beginners, casual club play, multi-shuttle training drills, bulk academy use
Construction: Grade A goose feather + natural cork
Speed 76 vs Speed 77 — Indian Court Guide
Hundred F8 and F5 are available in both Speed 76 and Speed 77. The F10 and F7 are Speed 76 only.
- Speed 76 (slower) — for warm conditions above 28°C. Correct for coastal cities (Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi), courts without air conditioning, and India’s summer months (March–June) across Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Indore
- Speed 77 (faster) — for most air-conditioned indoor courts. The standard for well-conditioned clubs across Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, and Mumbai’s better-equipped facilities
- When in doubt: Speed 77 is the right default for most Indian indoor clubs. If the shuttle is consistently going too far or players are shortening their swings, switch to Speed 76
