During the 11th match of the Legends League Cricket 2024, Harbhajan Singh’s Manipal Tigers won the toss and opted to field first against the Southern Super Stars at Surat’s Lalbhai Contractor Stadium. The Super Stars amassed an impressive total of 194 for 7 in their allotted 20 overs.
Guptill’s explosive innings of 68 runs off just 29 deliveries was the highlight of the Super Stars’ batting performance. His knock included 8 boundaries and 4 towering sixes. One of Guptill’s sixes, hit off Dan Christian’s bowling in the 9th over, was particularly noteworthy. The ball sailed into the commentary box, shattering the glass window of the facility.
