Nabi, a veteran Afghan spin allrounder, was acquired by MI in the IPL 2024 auction. In the match against Punjab Kings, he was dismissed for a duck but played a crucial role in the field, taking the catches of Ashutosh Sharma and Shashank Singh and participating in the run out of Kagiso Rabada.
