Tennis Fans Unite for Coco Gauff’s WTA Finals Triumph
On Saturday, tennis enthusiasts from both sides of the Atlantic gathered at Albert’s Bar in Midtown, New York City, for a unique brunch experience hosted by Togethxr and Black Girls Tennis Club. The event celebrated the WTA Finals championship victory of American tennis star Coco Gauff.
As the clock struck 11:00 am, Gauff and her opponent, Qinwen, took to the court, providing the perfect backdrop for a star-studded brunch. Tennis-inspired drinks and bite-sized brunch delicacies were served amidst a lively atmosphere filled with TV screens broadcasting the match.
“Women’s sports have had an incredible year, and the future holds endless possibilities,” said Kirsten Van Der Wey, Integrated Marketing Manager at Togethxr. “We believe this is not just a moment but a movement. Women’s sports are here to stay.”
